woke at 5am (slept great)
6:00 – 7:00: CROSS TRAINER level 15 out of 25
7:15 – 7:45: CORE
17:30 – 18:15: WEIGHTS (4 x 20 squats, 4 x 20 incline bench, 4 x 50 lat pull, 4 x 20 straight arm pull down, 4 x 20 shoulder press
I did core exercise in between each individual exercise so I did a lot of core work today
15 minute CROSS TRAINER to warm down
20 minute SWIM in the pool, nice and easy just to warm down
Comments: At the end of the day, I am tired – probably because I didn’t eat enough. Good weight training. I did very light weight, but the last 5-10 of each was nearly to failure, esp the incline press.
My shoulders and back are tired, but they feel good.
