woke at 6am (very difficult to get out of bed)

6:30 – 7:30:  CROSS TRAINER level 15 out of 25

18:00 – 19:45:  SWIM open water non stop

comments:  I didnt eat so was very tired in the afternoon at the office.  On the drive to the beach, I debated over and over about not swimming – I was dead tired, but I read its good training to do long swims on empty stomach to get used to it —  so I forced myself to swim.
within 10 minutes of being in the water, I felt much better.  My shoulders and left elbow are tired.

the swim was ok

I sleep great, but I have a difficult time getting out of bed.
