woke at 5:00
breakfast:  oatmeal, with banana and scoop of maple syrup (made with hot water, not milk)
strong coffee
60 min:  body pump class at the gym, squats, lunges, back, chest, bi’s and tri’s

lunch:  3 liters of water (I didnt have time to eat)

RUN:  90 minutes and 20 minutes of stairs outside in the Dubai heat

Dinner:  vegetable curry (2 large spoon full) with one scoop brown rice
large fresh squeeze lemon juice and water

Comments:  I like the pump class at the gym.  Sophie goes every day so its fun to do the gym with her, but she kicks my ass.
8 minutes of non stop squats is beyond hell.
I had a good jog this after work which I finished off with 20 minutes of stairs (outside my apartment)
I was in Jeddah saturday night and yesterday and did not train.
