This is an “active recovery” week, thus much easier than normal.
Swim: 1,500 meter (broken up into 5 x 300)
later in the day..
Bike: 90 minutes
later in the evening…
core strength without weights
Comments:
I had a good feel for the water, and the swim went by quickly.
I organized to ride my bike in the middle of the day – during lunch.
The ride went by easy, and for majority of the ride, I averaged 34km p/h which for me is fast pace.
At night, I did core strength program without weights. Because I didnt use weights, I only gave myself 15 seconds rest between each exercise.
By the end of the program, I was dead tired – but a great core training session.
Today, I have 2:30 bike followed by 1 hour run …
I will do the 2h 30 min bike session from 14:30 today so to end around the time I expect to begin the run at naseba7.
