back home and back into my routine
woke at 3:45 had a strong coffee, no toast
Although I had a 90 minute run in my morning schedule; I decided to ride my trek because i have not ridden a bike for 11 days and wanted to ride. I will make up the run tomorrow and I will swim tonight
Bike: rode 37 km. easy ride, but my bike did not feel right, I rode much slower than normal and it felt like something was rubbing – I dont think I put the back tire back on properly and thought it rubbed, but when I stopped to check i couldnt see anything so maybe its just mental.
My weight is 96.4 kilo and I want to be between 82-84 kilo by dec. IM
I have run 5 marathons this year and when I ran Paris, my first one this year, I weighed 103 kilo.
my diet was great in Brittany, the food is excellent, but unfortunately not great for IM training so I am back focused diet.
Lunch: Bresola salad, small piece of bread
Dinner: Tuna, chick pea salad
I did not swim in the evening
total training today: 90 minutes
