woke at 3:30am (slept ok, went to bed around 8pm)
WEIGHTS: did my scheduled plan
RUN: 20 minutes (it wasnt scheduled, but my legs were sore from the squats and wanted to warm them down)
SWIM: 1 hour (i am not sure how much I did, but because the water was so cold, I did not stop much and swam most of the hour straight, broken up into sets.
comments: getting my feel for the water back, but still very low in the water. The water was 15 degrees celcius today and it was a big challenge just to stay in the water because I was very cold, even when I was swimming. (just to compare, competition, like nationals or the olympic pool temperature must be kept between 25-28 degrees celcius)
