woke at 6:00am slept good

12:00 – 13:00:  CROSS TRAINER
13:00 – 13:30: core work

17:00 – 18:30:  SWIM open water

comments:  I am tired to today – probably didnt eat enough.  I did a nice and easy swim just for the feel of the water and to work on rolling my hips.  This morning, I read several blogs of people who swam and failed to swim the channel.
6 more weeks of training and then 10 days taper … I still have some good training ahead of me.

I have lost another 10 lbs or so since IM Nice … and I read that most people try to gain weight when they do the channel!  Shit.  Its taken me awhile to get my weight down to around 188 lbs and the last thing i want to do is intentionally gain it back.
I have my 6 hour cold swim this coming weekend in Austria … so we shall see.
