Woke: 6am (regreted that I slept the extra 2 hours because I didnt feel any more rested)
Breakfast: strong coffee and 3 pieces of whole wheat toast.
Lunch: nothing
Dinner: 4 egg, ham cheese omletter
Bike: 50km easy (rode the trek, but cervelo is fixed)
Comments: I slept in because I was tired, but the extra 2 hours didnt help me at all, and I regreted to have wasted my morning not training. I rode 50km in the evening, but I do not like to ride when there are so many cars, and for stability I rode the trek. I forgot to eat lunch so I didnt eat enough today; i didnt drink enough water either.
Went to sleep around 9pm
Total training today: 2 hours
