Woke at 5:15
Breakfast: very strong coffee and 3 pieces of brown toast with butter
RUN: 2 hours, 19 km (very slow run and hot run)
2nd breakfast: special K, 3 liters of water, fruit salad and large coffee
Lunch: brocoli, brown rice, green beans and fruit salad – lots of water
Dinner: lebonese mixed grill
Comments: I missed a few days training last week and felt very lethargic and tired most of last week.
The local bike shop recommended a place to ride which is literally in the middle of the desert. its a 30 minute drive from where I live, but perfect for the bike and the run. I ran from 6:30 – 8:30 and got sun burned. Felt good all day.
