woke at 4:00
breakfast:  strong coffee, 3 pieces of toast and oatmeal.
weighed myself the day before 95 kilo (still want to lose 5 kilo by dec 5th)

BRICK:  1 hour bike and then a 2 hour run
lunch:  chicken with green salad
flew to Riyadh in the evening
dinner:   no dinner

comments:  quick ride, averaged 31 km/h and then had a fairly good run.  at 1:45 of the run I felt thirsty and tired.
my legs were heavy from the day before 6 hour ride.
