woke at 3:00
breakfast:  strong coffee, toast, oatmeal and special K
BRICK:  2 hour bike at fast pace/45 minute run
(I was scheduled to ride 90 minutes and do a 2 hour run, but my legs were sore and i lasted only 45 minutes.  for some reason i couldnt get into the run today and was very bored so stopped after 45 minutes)
lunch:  chicken pita and green tea
dinner: very small portion of brown rice and curry Balu made.
SWIM:  45 minutes easy swim, good feel for the water

Comments:  STUPIDLY i changed the position on my bike and i feel much more power when i ride, but my legs are very sore and tired.  i am going to take the bike back to Wolfie’s today and have them put the bike back into the previous position.  It might not be the best, but my body is used to that position so will change it after my ironman.  my legs are more sore today after the 2 hour ride yesterday than they normally are after 5 hour rides.  I have wasted so much money on my Cervelo.  If I could do it all over again…..I would have paid more and bought the bike in a shop (i bought it online)  Its NOT worth the small savings buying a bike online because you must get it fitted and invariably you will need to change things to make it perfect.  whatever money I saved on the bike, surely i have spent it on getting this cervelo right for my body.
