woke at 4am
strong coffee and oatmeal
BIKE:  maybe 1 hour
comments:  my legs are very sore, much more sore than after other long rides in the past.
the new bike position seems more sturdy, but my shoulders hurt now.
lunch:  big lebonese lunch, chicken and lamb (for some reason i was starved so ate a big lunch)
SWIM: 45 minutes had good feel for the water considering I havent swum in a while.  I will swim every night.
Dinner:  didnt eat
