woke at 5 am
breakfast:  strong coffee and oatmeal
BIKE:  3 hours (was scheduled for 6 hours, but legs were very sore from the turbo and flight so stopped early)
lunch:  udon soup and chicken pita sandwich
Turbo:  45 minutes
dinner:  lentil soup and sea bass
comments:  i got refitted at Wolfie’s bike shop in Dubai.  They changed the position of my cervelo tri bars and seat, i raised the bars up and pushed the seat fwd so i am in much better position (according to them) we shall see tomorrow how it feels.
