Woke at 4:00
strong coffee, lemon juice and read the news
5:00 – 6:00:  60 minute CROSS TRAINER on level 15 out of 25
focused on working my shoulders and back

17:30 – 19:30:  2 hour open water swim
had ok feel for the water

comments:  I slept great – straight until 3:55 when my alarm went off
I expected to be sore from weights, but I was not.  I like the cross trainer because it works my back and shoulders — 60 minutes goes by very quickly now.

I had a long day at work, and by 5pm I was dead tired.  On the drive from the office in Monaco to the beach… I thought about skipping the workout because I was very tired,  but I forced myself to swim –  I am glad I did.
