8:00 – 9:00:  core – I trained with Peter (17 year old athlete of Mario’s)  Normally, I do this workout at the end of the day, but Peter has a race in Germany so we had to train before he left.  Good workout, but my legs were stiff.

9:00 – 10:30:  swim 3,600 meters. 

noon – 14:00:  bike

comments:  I stayed up to mid night and slept very poorly.  I finished all 3 of my workouts by 14:00 so had an enjoyable afternoon.
Tomorrow I have a 6 hour training, 5 hour bike and 60 minute run and then I have a day off on Monday. 
I will try to leave early tomorrow so I can finish my training by noon.
