Slept terribly – not sure why, maybe because I am too tired??

6:30 – 8:30:  Run — the first hour of the run went by very quickly, and I was surprised when my 60 minute timer started beeping.
I was stiff for a good portion of the run, probably didnt warm up enough.

9:30 – noon:  worked, but wasnt very productive.  My lack of a good sleep hugely negatively impacted my day.

13:00 – 14:30:  3,100 meter Swim — an easy swim workout, and I had a good feel for the water. 

15:00 – 17:00:  worked, a bit more productive end to my day.

18:30 – 19:30:  core strength training with Mario — I was dead tired, but Mario kicked my ass so I ended up having a good workout.

Comments:  I dont know why, maybe because I was too tired, or hungry … but I slept terribly last night.  Maybe 3 hour of sleep.  I had a good run, a bit tight so I need to do more warm up before my next long run, but all in all it was fairly fast and smooth.
Swim was ok, nothing great, but good enough.  Core training, my favorite training … It was the end of the day, and luckily Mario kicked me around to make sure I had a good workout.

34 hours of training scheduled this week … Mario told me in August, when I will be on vacation we will do 40+ hours a week. 

My first test is the week after next, beginning on July 31st for seven days — 4,000 meter swim, 60km bike, and 10km run every day for 7 days … then end of August beginning of Sept, my 2nd test week:   half ironman x 7 consecutive days.
First things first …. I need to make this week happen.

Its 8:20pm and I am laying in bed with my laptop on my lap … going to sleep.
