active recovery week

Bike:  2:45
transition:  about 3 minutes
Run:  60 minutes

Comments:
Woke at 4:15 and did my training in the morning because I had family day.
I started my bike at 6:00.
I had a good, easy ride and the time went by quickly. 
My 60 minute run was a simple 30 minte out and back with the focus on negative splitting the run … the first 30 minutes went by smoothly, but the last 30 minutes the sun was right ontop of me and I was a bit dehydrated by the end of the easy 60 minutes.

I am looking forward to getting back into serious training.  Monday starts a 48 hour training week.
