active recovery week

Swim:  2,600 meter (broken up into various sets)
later in the late afternoon..
Run:  about an hour
Core:  30 minutes

Comments:
I had a good swim, not much to discusss.
After a long management meeting, I rushed to do my hour run.  I wasnt prepared, and didnt have water – but it was no longer hot when I ran.

I have a few more days of easy workouts, and then from next week its back to good training — next week is 48 hours of training on my schedule.

Yesterday, we confirmed “2XU” as a sponsor – and I look forward to wearing their compression tri shorts and shirt this afternoon in training.

Today, I have a 90 minute swim and 1:30 bike and at night core strength without weights.
