woke at 4:15
breakfast: EAS lite protein drink, gatorade, 2 brown bread with butter and strong coffee
BIKE: 2.5 hour bike (71 km)
2nd breakfast: special K, fruit salad and 2 liters of water
Lunch: salmon, 3 artichoke hearts, lentils and small serving of brown rice, liter of water
Dinner: chicken curry with green vegetables
Comments: Good ride. Totally flat and literally in the middle of the desert between dubai and abu dhabi.
but after the ride I had to drive back to dubai which is about 30 minutes so my legs were stiff and sore all day.
I fly back to Monaco tomorrow morning – my training while in Dubai was not good enough.
