woke at 4:00
breakfast: two pieces of whole wheat toast and strong coffee
flew to Zurich
lunch: salad
RUN: ran 60 minutes at the gym in the hotel. 30 mins at 9 km/h, 15 minutes at 10 km/h and then 15 minutes at 13 km/h
Dinner: (restaurant “Storchen” in Zurich) lobster soup, veal and one large glass of wine
Comments: diet wasnt good. after my meetings today, I walked 3 hours around Zurich. I ran an hour
Total training time today (not counting the 3 hour walk) 1 hour
