woke at 3:00
5:30 – 8:30: SWIM 3 hour
16:00 – 17:00: CROSS TRAINER
comments: I had a good, easy swim. Started the swim before the sun rose, so it was dark and the water was flat and clear.
It felt like I had swum for about an hour ….and I looked at my watch to my shocking surprise I had only been swimming 14 minutes!!
I didnt work today so I was able to do cross trainer earler in the afternoon.
